An alumnus of the U.S. State Department Exchange Program and the Visitors Program of the Federal Republic of Germany, Alem Hamzić holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy.
In addition to his years of experience in the non-governmental sector, Alem has worked extensively on topics related to youth activism and policies towards young people, including collaborations with embassies and other regional and global stakeholders.
His research has focused primarily on the impact of U.S. programs on young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with a special emphasis on their perception of the U.S., and processes of reconciliation and tolerance through inter-ethnic cooperation.
Alem is also the co-founder and CEO of Qlity: a company providing a wide array of services to individuals and legal entities to enhance their business efficiency and productivity.
